Caroline Zeeberg

Caroline is a Consultant at P&O Partner. Nothing energizes her like in-depth conversations which bring new insight, clear choices and sustainable matches for our clients.

After her Master’s in occupational and organizational psychology at the University of Amsterdam, she worked as a consultant, recruiter and talent manager at companies like ING Group. She is also trained as a certified life coach. As of 2013, she works as an independent assessment psychologist and coach for clients that include HayGroup and the Dutch Police Academy.

The best ways for Caroline to recharge are adventurous holidays and exploring new horizons. She enjoys nights on the town and eating out with friends.
